I'm trying to find information on aftermarket mid-mount mowers for the Kubota B2710. Are there any out there? Also, any good places to find used implements in or around lower Michigan?

I don't think you will find any such animal, not a mid-mount anyway.Lots of rear mounts made out there,I can tell you that the 72" mid-mount deck thats designed for the B2710,is the same deck as the previous model B2150.The mounting brackets on the deck will match the new style linkage of the 2710.Might be such a thing as finding a good used deck somewhere, but you'll still have to come up with the newer style linkage.I would expect that's the reason why the "Factory" mid-mowers are a little pricey, nobody else makes them. ....

Actually, Woods Equipment Co. Advertises that they make undermount mowers for many tractor models. They say to call to find out if they make one for your tractor. See the link below. ....

For the difference in the initial investment, I would have a Kubota dealer get you the correct OEM mower. Nothing against Woods or any other manufacturer, but not only will the mower fit correctly, the future resale of your machine will be enhanced if the Kubota mower is on there. Plus, my experience as a dealer has been that you should be able to buy the Kubota mower for close to the same money as a Woods belly mower. If you want to save a little money, buy a rear mount finishing mower from Landpride, Woods, or a less expensive manufacturer. However, I prefer the mid-mounts. E-mail me if you have any questions. ....

MD, if you find that cheap source for 3-point stuff, let me know. I too have been looking from Lansing to Flint to Grand Rapids and for anything that looks decent is 5% less than brand new. I've tried auctions too, saw a 3-point lift boom go for 50% MORE than new! Saw a Bradco 3-point trencher, rusted cyl. and all for bout the same as new. Good luck, happy hunting (half the fun of it). ....
